We worked with Tech Data to create a booth design and logistics plan for three different shows with unique activation spaces in each location. Our booth design made its debut at AI Summit San Francisco. This 20’ tall ground supported structure featured space for 6 different Tech Data partners. To showcase their position in the artificial intelligence community we incorporated a presentation stage within the booth footprint. Interactive booth elements included: custom coffee printer, onsite t-shirt screen printing and a booth happy hour. While in San Francisco and Denver Harbor also planned offsite partner appreciation dinners.
From San Francisco, the Tech Data exhibit was updated for increased floor space at SC19 and The AI Summit New York. Harbor handled all custom fabrication and logistics as this booth was specifically designed to adapt.
