Harbor Entertainment has provided full service planning and production for the Sonoco Protective Solutions Meeting 2014, 2015, and 2016. For the annual company meeting Harbor provides custom invitations and management of all registration data and logistics, hotel needs, ground transportation, venue selection, and activities for the duration of the conference. Upon arrival, attendees receive a welcome packet with local information and schedules.
For meeting space we like to take an out of the box approach for general sessions and breakouts. In doing so Sonoco has held meetings in unique spaces such as Yazoo Brewing, The Bell Tower, and Party Fowl. All nightly activities are also planned by Harbor and include music events such as Derek St. Holmes and David Kiswiney from Ted Nugent’s band, Daryle Singletary, George Ducas, and Chris Weaver Band.
