Harbor has partnered with the City of Savannah to produce the National Catfish Derby & Riverfest concert, featuring Jo Dee Messina, Alexandria Kay, and Chase Wright in 2023, and Joe Nichols and Pecos and the Rooftops for the 2025 edition. For both concerts, Harbor provided end-to-end production management, including site planning; advancing all staging, lighting, and audio with artist managers; coordinating backstage security; and executing the full day-of-event schedule, from load-in and sound checks to load-out and personnel management.
