Mass Timber Maine
Corporate Conference

Harbor was proud to plan and produce the Mass Timber Conference in Portland, Maine, in partnership with the Portland Museum of Art. This event brought together architects, engineers, developers, and policymakers to explore the latest innovations and best practices in mass timber construction.

Harbor worked with PMA at the start of planning through the execution of the event to create and manage conference schedules, off site field trips, gather and coordinate speakers and produce all general sessions for this three day event. The design of the event incorporated both the conference branding in wayfinding signage and stage set, as well as featured artworks in the museum’s collection in decor elements. As an interactive element guests were encouraged to add to a Lincoln Log house (a made in Maine product) to create a community build throughout the conference.
