Challenge:
Create a grand 61st International Red Cross Ball celebrating over 130 years of Red Cross support and service to the Armed Forces with over 400 guests in attendance.
Harbor Solution:
Work closely with the American Red Cross events team to plan a detailed schedule and flow for the evening. Harbor Entertainment handled full planning, design, production, and logistics for the 61st Annual International Red Cross Ball held on February 9, 2019 at the Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach FL. Utilizing the tented area constructed for the Norton Museum of Art Gala, Harbor worked hand in hand with the Red Cross to completely transform the space for their event.
The room design put the Red Cross front and center with a 9’ floral Red Cross logo. To tie in the “Salute to Service” theme star gobos were used to accent the sides of the space and programs and screen graphics included a classic American flag look. Additional tabletop and decor was kept neutral allowing the American Red Cross and their mission to shine.
