Harbor Entertainment designed and produced the Healthways Well-Being Summit 2014.
We created the set design and concept starting with the client’s vision of a warm, natural, and inviting space. Lots of textures and rich materials were added to give this large set piece depth. From rendering to reality, Harbor Entertainment oversaw the complete fabrication of the Healthways Well-Being set. In addition, we added a 24′ wide wall to create a grand entrance to the space with an interactive chalkboard element for attendees on the opposite side, and specialty lighting design to highlight the different zones of the room. From festoons over the cafe to robust colors over the lounge, each element tied into the interactive experiences.
For production, Harbor brought in sound reinforcement, large format LED video walls, custom lighting, and video for live-stream by Healthways. Harbor Entertainment managed the show flow, scripting, and overall producing.
