Harbor collaborated with the Farnsworth Art Museum to organize the inaugural Summer Show, an event celebrating the museum’s featured Jamie Wyeth exhibit and the essence of Maine.
To cultivate a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, we designed an event site encompassing the Wyeth Center Gallery, the side and back lawn of the building, and the adjacent street. The open layout of these spaces transformed the exterior of this historic property into a sophisticated street party. Attendees circulated among the various food stations, bars, and gallery space, enjoyed dancing in the band tent, and took advantage of plentiful casual seating options for conversation.
Throughout the planning process, we worked closely with the Farnsworth Art Museum team to achieve their objectives of fundraising, facilitating guest flow and interaction throughout the evening, and showcasing the exhibition.
