Harbor proudly produced the Farnsworth Art Museum’s annual Gala, a celebration honoring this year’s Maine in America Award recipient, Ann Craven. Collaborating closely with the museum’s events team, Harbor successfully met the Gala’s objectives of fundraising, optimizing guest flow and interaction, and showcasing Ann Craven’s exhibition.
To cultivate a relaxed and engaging atmosphere for over 500 passionate art enthusiasts, Harbor designed an event site encompassing the main gallery’s side lot and Museum street. This open layout with hexadome tenting transformed the property’s exterior and highlighted their new mural by James Prosek. The layouts encompassed both assigned and casual seating to accommodate various ticking tiers. Attendees freely circulated among food stations, bars, and the gallery space, enjoyed dancing in the band tent, and utilized abundant casual seating for conversations. Guests had the opportunity to participate in a thrilling live auction, which supported transformative curatorial endeavors and educational programs.
