The team at Microsoft came to us with the challenge of two pre-launch celebrity engagement events taking place in different cities. These events were held to high standards and a short time frame, which is our specialty. Their focus – Create a space that champions the brand with major media influencer’s playing Xbox. It was our pleasure to work with their team and create a unique traveling solution. Both cities were back to back over the course of a week, hitting their east coast markets, Nashville and Atlanta. Their setup included sourcing 10 TV’s with graphic specific standards, tables and stools for optimal game play, and branding and decor to turn two spaces into a true Xbox lounge. Harbor handled sourcing all furniture and AV items, setup logistics including layout, placement, decor and lighting for both spaces, on site event support, and all logistics of taking the event from Nashville to Atlanta.
