Harbor partnered with Live Nation to execute a media event and evening party, announcing their new Nashville venue, “The Truth.” Hosted at the iconic United Record Pressing building adjacent to the venue’s new home, the event offered industry partners and community members an exclusive venue preview. Harbor managed both events, from pre-planning and design to execution and strike.
Collaborating with Live Nation’s creative team, Harbor designed a guest experience showcasing “The Truth’s” offerings. The site hosted 300+ guests for two events, featuring multiple activations, food/beverage, and AV for speeches and live entertainment. The design immersed guests with large venue renders and vintage decor paying homage to United Record Pressing. Harbor oversaw the installation of a clearspan tent in the United Record Pressing lot and activated the URP building with 3D walkthroughs of the new venue. Our team managed deliveries and site preparation (decor, furniture, stage build, power) for two days of activity.
