The Fabricator is responsible for supporting all build and execution items surrounding events, exhibits and specialty builds. The ideal candidate for this role will be team-oriented, technically skilled and able to manage their time well. This position requires flexible hours. The Fabricator will report to the Production Manager and work closely with the Design department.  This position has a focus with a specified path on technical equipment and software that benefit the shop and fabrication.

Harbor is looking for someone with goal-oriented leadership skills to oversee the organization and operations of the shop and warehouse. Your primary role is to lead by example, assigning daily and weekly duties, scheduling personnel, and working alongside the team to ensure the proper preparation and packaging of all events. The Fabricator is responsible for supporting all build and execution items surrounding events, exhibits and specialty builds. The ideal candidate for this role will be team-oriented, technically skilled and able to manage their time well. This position requires flexible hours and potential for occasional travel. The Fabricator will report to the Production Manager.    This position is available as either a Junior Fabricator, Fabricator, or Senior Fabricator, depending on the successful candidate’s qualifications.

We are always looking for as-needed, hourly help in our shop and warehouse. Experience is not necessary, but will be taken into account on hourly pay, if applicable. Hours are entirely flexible within the 9AM-5PM window. We are looking for a positive can-do attitude.
